Nathan C. Ryan



I'm an avid (though retired) rugby player, fan and coach. I've played for the Potomac Athletic Club, Bard College, the Australian National University, the Dartmouth Graduate Schools, and St George's College in Argentina. I root for the Wallabies. I've coached the women's teams at Dartmouth and at UCLA.

I also play a fair bit of squash.

I grew up overseas and attended the following schools:
  • In Caracas, Venezuela I attended the British School

  • In Buenos Aires, Argentina I attended Saint George's College
  • In Panama City, Panama I attended Curundu Junior High School

  • As an undergraduate I attended Bard College in Annandale-on-Hudson, New York.

  • While at Bard, I spent a summer doing math research at The Australian National University in Canberra
